Where This is Vegas’s own copies left the owner out
This is Vegas’s terms copies of October 2012 and June 2014 named no company at all, leaving the Nazca and Sea Peak names to its About page. In the month Cocoa Casino’s footer showed SSC Entertainment N.V., This is Vegas’s own terms copy carried no company line; a later copy named SSC again. Each row above therefore uses whichever This is Vegas page carried a name in that period.

Who a player’s agreement is with, then and now
This is Vegas’s terms of September 2020 told players their agreement was with SSC Entertainment N.V. The terms both casinos print today define the casino side as “The operators of the Casino Website and/or its group companies”, and Cocoa Casino’s About page adds only an incorporated corporation under Curaçao’s government.
Before a first deposit at either casino, a player can ask support in writing which company is the contracting party and which holds the licence, and keep the answer on file. Their terms add that a support email or chat cannot amend or withdraw them, so such an answer records what support said rather than changing the agreement. The shared clauses are read one by one in the This is Vegas review.

Cocoa Casino questions, answered from the record
Do Cocoa Casino’s payout clauses match This is Vegas’s?
Yes: both reserve up to 12 working days for approving a payout after the authorisation process ends, and the fee and weekly limits are shared too, since the terms are the same text.
Does a break taken at This is Vegas reach Cocoa Casino?
Assume it does not. Cocoa Casino’s Responsible Gaming page offers its own break of up to six weeks, requested from its support team. Write to each casino, keep the replies, and put a blocker such as Gamban on every device you gamble from.
