DaVinci’s Gold and This is Vegas, owner by owner
From 2006 to 2020, DaVinci’s Gold’s archived terms named the companies This is Vegas named, apart from the years This is Vegas credited Nazca and Sea Peak. Its terms today repeat all 157 This is Vegas paragraphs, the casino names aside, yet neither casino’s pages now give a company behind it. Each row below sets the two archive months side by side.

Where the archived records stop agreeing
From October 2012 This is Vegas’s About page put Nazca Technologies Ltd in charge and Sea Peak Holdings NV on the licence, then Sea Peak alone by January 2013. DaVinci’s Gold’s terms of November 2012, May 2013 and June 2014 credit their content to “DVG” and give no company.
An abbreviation in that copyright line once pointed at a real holder: This is Vegas’s terms of September 2009 credited “BC”, which their opening paragraph defined as Bonne Chance NV. A copy that credits only initials can neither confirm a common owner nor rule one out, so those years stay unpaired here.

What DaVinci’s Gold prints about its owner now
Both About pages keep the old copyright line with the holder dropped: “copyrighted by (the Licensed Materials)”. They also allow one casino account per household at each of the company’s casinos, a group neither page lists.
The shared clauses themselves are read one by one in the This is Vegas review.

What this history means for This is Vegas players
This is Vegas’s terms, repeated at DaVinci’s Gold, list a second account at an affiliated casino under the same management among the grounds for closing an account and confiscating its winnings. With that management unnamed on both sites, the pages alone cannot show whether an account at one counts against an account at the other. Asking each support team in writing and filing the reply with the account records is a sensible precaution, although the shared terms say nothing sent by email or chat can change or cancel them.

Questions about DaVinci’s Gold and its old ties
Is DaVinci’s Gold on the same affiliate list as This is Vegas?
Yes: TrueDynasty Affiliates’ brand list carries both, spelling it Da Vinci’s Gold. A shared affiliate listing is a marketing arrangement and says nothing about who owns either casino.
Can a limit set at This is Vegas carry over to DaVinci’s Gold?
Plan on each limit covering one casino only. DaVinci’s Gold’s Responsible Gaming page offers daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits, plus a pause lasting six weeks at most, each arranged through its support team. Put the same request to both casinos in writing, keep their replies, and install a blocker such as Gamban on each device you play on.
