Candyland and the terms it shares with This is Vegas

Candyland’s terms repeat 155 of This is Vegas’s 157 paragraphs. The two it rewrote give it 14 working days to approve a withdrawal once authorisation is complete, where This is Vegas allows 12. Every other limit, fee and ground for voiding winnings reads the same at both casinos.

A longer approval clock inside otherwise matching terms

Only the withdrawal timing differs between the two texts. The table sets the rewritten clauses beside two that read the same in both.

Withdrawal clauses in both casinos’ terms
ClauseThis is VegasCandyland
Approval, counted from successful authorisation12 working days at most14 working days at most
Processing target, which the terms say can vary1–12 business days1–14 business days

A second pending withdrawal at Candyland starts its 14-business-day processing timeframe only once the first has been paid, so requests made back to back can wait well beyond a single cycle.

Betting-system clauses that carried over, contradiction included

Among the shared paragraphs is a pair that points in opposite directions on staking systems:

  • one lets the casino deny winnings and close accounts when a player “systematically” uses betting systems, Martingale given as the example
  • the other says stake progression systems such as Martingale “do not constitute cheating”

Both sit in This is Vegas’s terms as well, so neither casino’s text settles which one applies. A player who stakes that way can ask support in writing first and keep the reply as a record of what was said, bearing in mind that the terms say chat and email cannot modify or revoke them.

Candyland questions on documents and breaks

Where do Candyland’s pages say verification documents should go?

Its Banking page asks for photos of the documents sent to support@candyland.casino. Send them only from the email address registered on the account, and keep the sent message.

Does a break taken at Candyland also apply at This is Vegas?

Plan on it covering Candyland alone. Its Responsible Gaming page offers a break of up to six weeks, asked for through support. If you also hold a This is Vegas account, request a break there in writing too, and keep both replies.
