Nothing you type, nothing stored
Nothing here asks you to sign up, comment or subscribe. The page index, the Pages menu, the cross-examination and the question panels are worked by your browser alone, and whatever you open or close in them is dropped as soon as you move on.
No cookies or tracking scripts
The site sets no cookies and loads no analytics, advertising, social-media or chat code. The Petrona and Host Grotesk typefaces, the icons, the scripts, the casino logos and screenshots are all delivered by the host that serves these pages, and loading them reaches no other company, the casinos included.
Who is responsible for the data
The data controller is This Is Vegas Sister Sites. Questions about this notice, and any request about personal data, go to info@thisisvegassites.co.uk.
What the web server records
The web server keeps a standard access log. Each entry notes the visitor’s IP address, a timestamp, the request line (method, requested path and protocol), the response status, the bytes sent, the referring page and the user-agent string the browser sends.
The log exists to keep the site working and secure, for example to trace an error or block abusive traffic; that is the legitimate interest it rests on under the UK GDPR. The files are rotated once a day, and each is held for 14 days before it is deleted. The log is not sold, not shared with advertisers or anyone else, and not used to build a profile of any reader.
Your rights
Access to the log entries about you, their correction or erasure, and objection to their processing can all be requested at info@thisisvegassites.co.uk. Since a log line records an address and not a name, a request needs the approximate time of the visit and the connection used. Complaints can be taken to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
Leaving this site
Source links open archived copies at the Internet Archive, public registers and support charities, each with its own privacy rules, and carry no tracking codes. The casinos’ own pages and the look-alike domains appear only as plain-text addresses.
